📢 We’re Hiring – Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

📍 Location: Badlapur
💰 CTC: ₹2.16 LPA – ₹3.00 LPA
🕒 Experience: 1–4 Years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)


About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented professionals to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth through proactive communication and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

✅ Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to generate leads and conversions
✅ Explain company products and services effectively to prospective customers
✅ Identify customer needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations
✅ Follow up on inquiries, leads, and client interactions to ensure successful closures
✅ Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM
✅ Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
✅ Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships for repeat business


Skills & Qualifications:

🎯 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🎯 Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up abilities
🎯 Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office / CRM tools
🎯 Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
🎯 Bachelor’s degree preferred (any stream)
