A leading 100-year-old hospital is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives across the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have strong hospital marketing experience, digital marketing expertise, and the ability to drive brand visibility, patient engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive healthcare marketing strategies.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM and social media.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets.
• Oversee marketing content, campaigns and promotional materials.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and guidelines.
• Analyse campaign performance and implement corrective strategies.
• Build strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate health camps, events, webinars and patient awareness programs.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in hospital/healthcare marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns.
• Experience with marketing analytics and reporting.
• Good understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

Compensation

₹55,000 – ₹70,000 per month

For exceptional profiles with higher experience and proven track record, compensation can be increased.
