Role Overview

The Production Head will be responsible for leading end-to-end operations of the manufacturing and packing unit. The role ensures timely production, consistent quality, high hygiene standards, and full compliance with FSSAI and internal SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules with optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

• Oversee spice processing operations including mixing, grinding, blending, roasting, and packing.

• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI guidelines in coordination with the Quality team.

• Monitor production KPIs, drive process improvements, reduce wastage, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and traceability logs.

• Lead, train, and supervise shop-floor teams while enforcing safety, hygiene, and discipline standards.

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 8–15 years of experience in spice / Pulses , food manufacturing preferred.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of spice processing operations including grinding, blending, roasting, mixing, and packing.

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end production operations and achieving production targets.

• Thorough understanding of FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, SOPs, and food safety regulations.

• Experience in manpower planning, shift management, and shop-floor supervision.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
