Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing domain

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with corporate partners

• Understand client hiring requirements and propose customized recruitment solutions

• Achieve business growth targets and ensure client satisfaction and retention

• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality service delivery

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition in staffing or recruitment

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Strong understanding of HR services, recruitment process, and manpower outsourcing

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
