About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Surgeon to join a reputed healthcare institution in Bhavnagar. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing a wide range of surgical procedures and committed to providing the highest standards of patient care and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general and laparoscopic surgeries with precision and adherence to medical protocols.

• Conduct patient consultations, pre-operative assessments, and post-operative follow-ups.

• Collaborate with anesthetists, nurses, and other specialists to ensure quality surgical outcomes.

• Manage emergency and trauma cases efficiently.

• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

• Participate in continuing medical education and hospital improvement initiatives.

• Provide mentorship and training to junior doctors and medical staff when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• M.S. in General Surgery from a recognized university.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in General & Laparoscopic Surgeries.

• Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic ability, and surgical expertise.

• Excellent communication and patient management skills.
