🔹 Position: Deputy General Manager – Sales

🔹 CTC: Up to ₹50 LPA

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Independently manage and scale a ₹200+ Cr business
Lead regional & national sales strategy with strong P&L ownership
Drive growth across General Trade, Modern Trade & Distribution
Build and mentor high-performing sales teams
Strengthen channel partnerships and market penetration
Execute strategic expansion plans across South India

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
Extensive FMCG sales leadership experience (18–25 years)
Mandatory exposure to Spices, Pulses & Ready-to-Eat (RTE) categories
Proven track record of handling large, independent business verticals
Strong understanding of South Indian FMCG markets
Strategic thinker with execution excellence
