CORPORATE SALES MANAGER – HOSPITAL

Leading 100-Year-Old Hospital | Corporate & B2B Healthcare Sales

A leading 100-year-old hospital is looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to develop corporate partnerships, strengthen B2B healthcare relationships and drive patient referrals from private-sector and PSU organisations.

The ideal candidate will have strong corporate sales experience, excellent networking skills and a proven ability to generate hospital business through corporate tie-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Client Acquisition

• Identify and target corporates, banks, PSUs, offices and large organisations.
• Pitch hospital services, treatment facilities and healthcare solutions.
• Develop new corporate accounts and generate patient referrals.

Corporate Tie-Ups

• Acquire 2–3 annual health check-up contracts from corporate clients on a monthly basis.
• Develop customised health check-up and wellness packages.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close corporate agreements.

Relationship Management

• Act as the key relationship manager for Corporate HR and Administration teams.
• Organise 2–3 corporate events, health camps and awareness programs every month.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients and identify opportunities for business growth.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospital Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of corporate sales experience, preferably in the hospital/healthcare industry.
• Strong B2B sales and business development capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and public-speaking skills.
• Strong corporate networking and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented approach with proven ability to achieve revenue objectives.
