We are seeking an experienced Production Planning & Control (PPC) professional to lead and manage the entire PPC function at a reputed Engineering & Machinery Manufacturing organization in Faridabad.

Position: PPC Manager / Department Head

Location: Faridabad
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month (CTC approx. ₹6.5 LPA)
Experience: Minimum 7–10 years overall, with at least 4 years in a department head role
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Engineering (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire PPC lifecycle from planning to execution

• Ensure optimal resource utilization and production efficiency

• Oversee demand forecasting, scheduling, and resource allocation

• Drive cost control, timely delivery, and continuous process improvement

• Maintain high-quality standards while meeting deadlines

• Mentor and manage a team, fostering operational excellence

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Engineering, Machining, Machinery Manufacturing, or related sectors

Not suitable: Electronics, IT, Glass, Rubber, FMCG, or unrelated industries
