⭐ Key Responsibilities

📊 Financial Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost planning, and financial modeling.
Drive financial discipline, profitability, and business performance.

🏭 Manufacturing Finance Expertise
Manage plant cost controls, production finance, inventory valuation, and supply chain finance.
Oversee working capital, capex planning, and operational efficiencies.
Implement cost-reduction strategies and optimize margins.

📚 Compliance, Controls & Risk Management
Ensure statutory compliance, audits, taxation & regulatory reporting.
Strengthen internal controls, SOPs & risk mitigation frameworks.
Oversee secretarial, banking, treasury, and legal coordination.

🤝 Strategic Business Partnering
Work closely with the CEO/Board to support business expansion plans.
Lead fundraising, investor relations, and financial due diligence (if applicable).
Support business transformation, digital finance processes & automation.

👥 Team Leadership
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing finance & accounts teams.
Drive culture of accountability, accuracy & continuous improvement.
