💰 CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
🧾 Experience: 2–5 years (Recruitment / Service Industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the recruitment and service industry.

• Generate leads, pitch services, and convert prospects into clients.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.

• Understand client hiring needs and coordinate closely with the recruitment team to deliver suitable profiles.

• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close business deals effectively.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

• Represent the organization professionally in client meetings and networking events.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

• Strong client relationship management and negotiation ability.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in handling clients independently.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
