Plan, execute, and monitor daily production activities to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets.

Handle process documentation, production reports, and daily MIS.

Support NPD, trials, and process validation for new valve designs or components.

Troubleshoot production issues related to machining, assembly fitment, pressure testing, and performance.

B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering.

2–5 years of experience in control valves / industrial valves / flow control equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules with optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

Oversee spice processing operations including mixing, grinding, blending, roasting, and packing.

Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI guidelines in coordination with the Quality team.

Monitor production KPIs, drive process improvements, reduce wastage, and enhance operational efficiency.

Must-Have Requirements
