Manager Accounts & Finance

A reputed organization is seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance professional to lead end-to-end finance operations and drive strong financial governance.

📍 Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
💼 Experience: 8 – 10 Years
💰 CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end Accounts & Finance operations including AP, AR & General Ledger
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly & annual financial closures
Manage statutory compliances, audits (internal & external) and regulatory reporting
Prepare accurate financial statements & management reports
Lead, mentor and develop the accounts team
Review and optimize accounting processes for efficiency and control
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business objectives

✅ Required Candidate Profile:

CA / Inter CA / CMA / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification (preferred)
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience
Strong exposure to compliance, audits, reporting & financial controls
Leadership capability with a hands-on approach
Excellent analytical, communication & stakeholder-management skills
