📌 Hiring: Telecaller (Remote Position)

CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller with excellent communication skills and experience in B2B calling, preferably from Staffing, IT Services, Facility Management, or Corporate Services industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead engagement, appointment setting, and supporting the sales team through effective communication.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B calls to prospective clients across industries.

• Identify decision-makers and clearly communicate company services (Staffing, IT Solutions, Facility Management, HR Services, etc.).

• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain detailed call logs, lead data, and follow-up records.

• Understand client requirements and share relevant information about solutions and offerings.

• Support sales with proposal follow-ups, meeting reminders, and customer communication.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with potential clients.

• Meet daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to the lead funnel.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and information flow.

• Provide regular updates and reports to management on call status and lead conversions.

🔹 Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of Telecalling or Inside Sales experience.

• Strong experience in B2B calling is a must.

• Preferred industry background:
  ✔ Staffing / Recruitment
  ✔ IT Companies / ITES
  ✔ Facility Management
  ✔ Corporate Services / Outsourcing

• Must have excellent verbal communication, convincing ability, and telephone etiquette.

• Should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
