📌 Hiring: Inside Sales Executive (Remote)

CTC: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Inside Sales Executive with strong experience in B2B Sales, preferably from Staffing, IT Services, Facility Management, or Corporate Solutions industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, nurturing prospects, building client relationships, and supporting end-to-end sales operations remotely.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B lead generation through calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and market research.

• Identify, qualify, and engage decision-makers across corporate, industrial, and IT sectors.

• Present company services clearly and confidently, focusing on Staffing, IT Solutions, Facility Management, and HR Services.

• Prepare and share proposals, quotations, presentations, and service decks.

• Manage the sales pipeline, track follow-ups, and ensure timely conversion of leads to closures.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and long-term business.

• Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.

• Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and provide timely reports to management.

• Continuously analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

• Meet monthly revenue targets and contribute to business growth.

🔹 Preferred Experience

• Minimum 1–4 years of Inside Sales or Business Development experience.

• Mandatory: Strong B2B Sales background.

• Experience in the following sectors is highly preferred:
  ✔ Staffing / Recruitment Services
  ✔ IT Services / SaaS / Technology Solutions
  ✔ Facility Management / Security / Housekeeping Services
  ✔ Corporate Outsourcing & HR Solutions

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
