About the Opportunity

A reputed and fast-growing Manufacturing & Engineering Group in the Steel & Metal Industry is looking for a dynamic and seasoned Project Head to lead large-scale Greenfield Projects. This is a strategic leadership role for professionals with strong technical expertise, execution capability, and proven experience in setting up end-to-end industrial plants.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Strategy

• Lead complete planning, conceptualization, and scheduling of Greenfield projects.

• Drive feasibility studies, risk assessments, budgeting, and resource planning.

Project Execution & Control

• Oversee engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), commissioning, and handover activities.

• Ensure timely execution within cost, quality, and statutory compliance parameters.

• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, OEMs, contractors, and statutory bodies.

Technical Leadership

• Review technical specifications, engineering drawings, and equipment selection.

• Ensure adherence to modern project management methodologies and safety standards.

Stakeholder Management

• Interface with senior management, cross-functional teams, vendors, and government authorities.

• Provide periodic project progress reports and drive decision-making for critical issues.

Team Management

• Build, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary project team.

• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

🔍 Candidate Profile

• B.Tech Mechanical with 15–25 years of experience in the Steel & Metal industry.

• Strong expertise in handling large-scale Greenfield industrial projects.

• Proven ability to manage complete project lifecycle from concept to commissioning.

• Strong leadership, communication, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
