Female HR Generalist | Ambernath

We are hiring a Female HR Generalist with 5+ years of experience in the Manufacturing Sector.
Position: HR Generalist
CTC Range: ₹3.5 – 4.5 LPA

The selected candidate will be based at our Ambernath Plant, with occasional travel to our Thane location as required. This is a full-time role with a 5-day working structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Oversee employee lifecycle management (confirmation, transfers, separations).

• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.

• Ensure implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and compliance practices.

• Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws, audits).

• Handle employee engagement, welfare activities, and grievance redressal.

• Support performance management (KRA/KPI tracking, appraisals).

• Coordinate training & development initiatives.

• Maintain HRMIS, HR documentation, and periodic reporting.

• Collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional departments.
