Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

We’re expanding our Non-IT recruitment team and looking for passionate recruiters who can manage end-to-end hiring for manufacturing, chemical, pharma, FMCG, metals, steel, engineering, projects, industrial equipment, and fabrication sectors.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding.

• Source and screen candidates using various job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.

• Work on mid to senior-level positions across Non-IT domains.

• Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiation.

• Maintain candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Build strong professional relationships with candidates and clients.

• Ensure smooth hiring experience for both client and candidate.

🔹 Desired Candidate Profile

• 4–5 years of strong experience in Non-IT recruitment (Manufacturing, Engineering, Pharma, FMCG, Industrial, or similar).

• Proven experience handling diverse industrial roles.

• Excellent communication & coordination skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Comfortable with remote work setup and digital recruitment tools.
