About the Company:

We are a reputed and diversified engineering & manufacturing group, recognized for delivering high-performance industrial products including Pressure Vessels, Pumps, Valves, Flame Arresters, Tank Blanketing Valves, and Pressure Relief Vents for critical industrial applications.

To strengthen our Quality Assurance and Control division, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Manager – QC/QA who can drive excellence, ensure compliance, and uphold the company’s commitment to world-class quality standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Procedures, Method Statements, and Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) for all manufacturing operations.

• Prepare and obtain client approval for Project Quality Plans (PQP) and QAP/WPS/PQR documentation.

• Ensure compliance with international standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.) and client-specific quality requirements.

• Oversee inspection activities at various stages of manufacturing — raw material, in-process, and final inspection.

• Lead vendor capability assessments, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Manage third-party inspections and coordinate with clients for technical clarifications and approvals.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and minimize non-conformance.

• Guide and mentor the QC/QA team to maintain operational excellence and compliance culture.

🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Experience: 12–18 years in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the heavy fabrication or process equipment manufacturing industry.

• Proven expertise in Pressure Vessels, Valves, Pumps, and related systems.

• Strong knowledge of WPS/PQR, NDT, and QA documentation procedures.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and client coordination skills.

• Preference for candidates available for immediate joining.
