📢 Hiring: SCM Coordinator – India & Middle East
📍 Location: Thane

🔹 About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced SCM Coordinator to manage end-to-end Import & Export operations across India and the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in international logistics, customs documentation, inventory control, and coordination with global teams. Hands-on experience with Tally software is a must.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete Import & Export shipments, ensuring on-time and cost-effective delivery.

• Handle customs documentation and coordinate with Clearing & Forwarding Agents (CHA/FFD).

• Conduct inventory audits and perform regular warehouse visits.

• Liaise with the Head Office in Germany for purchase orders, shipment forecasts, and order resolutions.

• Maintain accurate Tally entries for stock, billing, and shipment records.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding export shipments and delivery updates.

• Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and documentation standards.

• Drive process efficiency and transparency across logistics operations.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or Logistics.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Import/Export Logistics (India & Middle East exposure preferred).

• Proficient in Tally software and familiar with international trade procedures.

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent understanding of customs regulations and shipment documentation.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
